Postage Information.

 

Orders placed and paid for before 11.00AM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be posted out via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers on the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 AM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be posted or couriered out the next business day.

 

Sarnia Catering Products uses Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to freight our orders and are able to post to any residential or business address in Australia.

 

Sarnia Catering Products are unable to satisfy any request to leave parcel(s) unattended. If no one is available to sign for your parcel(s), a card will be left in your letterbox for you to contact and arrange delivery.

Returns.  Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.
